Late in the afternoon on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, we took a safari vehicle with our group and guides (VENT and local) to go birding on the Moremi Game Reserve. Brad photographed an African Marsh-Harrier, Circus ranivorus, as it flew overhead. Underparts are dark and are richly colored. Note the barring on the tail. Temperatures were in the low 90's on this sunny day.
