Brad photographed this skink, Trachylepsis sp., that we found on the deck in front of our tent just before brunch the morning of August 23, 2012, at Xakanaxa Camp (Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana. Temperatures were edging upward toward the high 80's with clear blue skies.
