We returned to Xakanaxa Camp (Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana) for a late morning brunch after doing some early morning birding and looking for big game on August 23, 2012. I photographed Joanne near the open gathering/breakfast area to show what the camp looked like. This decked area overlooked a marshy area of the Okavango Delta. Temperatures were edging upward toward the high 80's with clear blue skies.
