Two planes flew our group (six plus our VENT guide) to Xakanaxa Camp (Maun, Botswana) from Nxamaseri Island Lodge (Maun, Botswana) the afternoon of August 22, 2012. I took this photo to show the terrain and topographical features of the Okavango Delta. Temperatures were close to 100 degrees inside the plane....a bumpy ride plus the heat made for an uncomfortable trip...to say the least!
