We drove back to Klein Okevi Waterhole after breakfast at Namutoni Camp on August 18, 2012. We photographed this group of male and female Blue Waxbills (Uraeginthus angolensis) perched in a distant thornbush. Underparts are a powder-blue color (the extent is variable...larger area in male). Upperparts are gray, and the bill is black. Temperatures were in the low 80's on this clear day.
