We were driving in a safari vehicle around the Huab property during the late afternoon of August 12, 2012, when Brad photographed this female Chestnut Weaver (Ploceus rubiginosus). The bill is a grayish color, and the iris is red. Temperatures on this clear, sunny afternoon were in the upper 80's.
