After birding and looking for big game at the Goas Waterhole in Etosha National Park (Namibia) the afternoon of August 17, 2012, we started driving toward Namutoni Camp (our base for the next two nights). This photograph shows one of the Giraffes that we saw on the thornveld. Temperatures were in the upper 80's on this beautiful day with clear blue skies.
