After breakfast on August 16, 2012, we walked back to the waterhole at Okaukuejo Camp in Etosha National Park (Namibia). This Rock Martin (Ptyonoprogne fuligula) was perched atop one of the chalets near the waterhole. The species is characterized by white 'windows' that can be seen when the bird fans its tail. Temperatures were in the low 60's with partly cloudy skies.
