We were up early to bird around Namutoni Camp the morning of August 18, 2012, followed by traversing the Dikdik Drive again (no photos were taken during the previous afternoon's drive). This side view of a White-browed Scrub-Robin, Erythropygia leucophrys, shows its prominent white supercilium and darkish cap. Upperparts are brownish on this small robin which has white wing markings and streaking on the upper breast. It is perched in a thicket and entertained us with fanning and cocking its tail while singing. Temperatures were in the low 60's on this clear day.
