After arriving in Huab, we boarded a safari vehicle and birded as we drove from the airfield to the reception/dining area of the lodge. Brad photographed a White-browed Sparrow-Weaver (Plocepasser mahali) perched on a wire. The bird's bold white rump and broad white superciliary areas are visible in this shot. Temperatures on this clear, sunny morning were in the upper 70's.
