The Rossmund Golf Course in Swakopmund was our last birding stop during the afternoon of August 11, 2012. Brad photographed an Egyptian Goose (Alopochen aegyptiaca) as it waddled across the lawn. The long neck and pink legs along with a pink bill and rufous-colored eye-patches help ID this species. Temperatures were in the mid-70's on this partly cloudy afternoon.
