Our last birding stop during the afternoon of August 11, 2012, was the Rossmund Golf Course. It is situated in the Namib Desert on the northern banks of the Swakop River, approximately 7 Km outside the coastal town of Swakopmund. Temperatures were in the mid-70's on this partly cloudy afternoon.
