After lunch and a brief siesta during the afternoon of August 25, 2012, we left the Royal Livingstone Hotel in a safari vehicle and drove to an entrance to Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park for a late afternoon birding and big game expedition. Brad photographed an Arrow-marked Babbler, Turdoides jardineii, as it perched in a tangle of tree branches. Temperatures on this sunny day were in the low 90's.
