This picture was taken on our return visit to Anchorage, Alaska. We hiked the trails leading out from the Eagle River Visitor's Center. It was a partly cloudy day with temperatures over 55 degrees. We hiked both the Dew Mound Trail and the Albert Loop Trail and heard/saw fewer than twenty species. This was the first time that we'd gotten good looks at this species.
