This picture was taken near Buenos Aires in Parque de la Ribera San Isidro next to the Rio de la Plata. This river separates Argentina and Urugay. Temperatures were in the mid-80's on this partly cloudy afternoon. We had only been in Buenos Aires several hours before we boarded a bus to take this birding tour. The thing that struck me most about this park was the amount of litter scattered everywhere.
