On Wednesday, March 24, 2010, we hired a private guide to take us to several birding locations on New Providence Island after we disembarked at Nassau. It was a partly cloudy day with temperatures in the upper 70's. We photographed this Killdeer while visiting Harold and Wilson Ponds National Park. This 250 acre park was established in 2002 and is located in the center of New Providence.
