On Wednesday, March 24, 2010, we hired a private guide to take us to several birding locations on New Providence Island after we disembarked at Nassau. It was a partly cloudy day with temperatures in the upper 70's. We photographed this Northern Rough-winged Swallow while visiting Harold and Wilson Ponds National Park. This 250 acre park was established in 2002 and is located in the center of New Providence.
