On Thursday, March 25, 2010, we disembarked at Great Stirrup Cay in the Berry Islands for a day of snorkeling, eating barbecue and some birding. Brad photographed this Sandwich Tern as it flew over the shoreline. It was a partly cloudy day with temperatures in the mid-70's. Southeast of Bimini lies a cluster of 30 cays known as The Berry Islands, the Out Islands, 150 miles east of Miami and 50 miles northeast of Nassau.
