After leaving Guardião das Aguas (Boy Scout Camp Marsh) on the morning of October 6, 2011, we headed to Bariqui Park in Curitiba. This is a photo of an Olive Spinetail (Cranioleuca obsoleta) that we saw while hiking one of the paved trails in the park. The Olive-throated Spinetail has a white supercilium, a dull brown crown, rufous-colored tail and wing coverts. Temperatures were in the low 80's on this sunny morning.
