On our first afternoon in Iguaçu Falls National Park, Brad and I birded along the road leading from our hotel to the Devil's Throat area of Iguaçu Falls (Brazilian side). This photo presents a rear-view of the Chestnut-eared Aracari showing its red rump and the pale serrations along the cutting edge of its bill. It was a sunny day with temperatures ranging from highs in the 90's to lows in the 70's.
