After a lovely breakfast at the pool patio of our hotel, Hotel das Cataratas, we decided to go birding with all the 'early arrivers' back down the road towards Devil's Throat. One of several Southern Lapwings posed for a photo. Temperatures were on their way up towards the 90's on this sunny morning.
