The Streaked Flycatcher was another bird that Brad and I saw while birding along the Poço Preto (Black Well) Road in Iguaçu Falls National Park. This photo shows the Streaked Flycatcher's black bill with its pink base at the lower mandible. The tail is mainly rufous (dorsal) and the underparts are white to pale yellow with heavy dark streaks on the breast and flanks. Temperatures on this humid morning were in the 90's.
