I took this photo to show the type of terrain that we birded in during the late in the afternoon on April 14, 2012, while looking for Cuban endemics in Parque Nacional Ciénaga de Zapata. Zapata Swamp (Ciénaga de Zapata) is located on the Zapata Peninsula in the southern Matanzas province of Cuba about 150 Km southeast of Havana.
