Before leaving Trinidad and driving to Sancti Spiritus on the afternoon of April 16, 2012, we stopped at La Canchanchara Tavern in Trinidad on the Calle Ruben Matinez Villena. We sat in old wooden armchairs, listened to music, and enjoyed a local drink, the Canchanchara. This drink consists of aguardiente (Havana Club brand rum), lime, honey, water, and ice served in a small, glazed earthenware bowl. Brad took this photo of a man rolling Trinidad cigars.
