This is a another view of the bell-tower of the former convent of San Francisco de Asís in Trinidad. It is probably the most recognizable building in Trinidad with its quaint yellow and green colors. It was constructed in 1730 by Franciscan monks. Since 1986,the building has housed the Museo Nacional de la Lucha Contra Bandidos (National Museum containing information on the struggles against counterrevolutionaries).
