This picture of a Clear-winged Butterfly (possibly a mimic-white), was taken during the morning of our birding trip to the Tandayapa Valley. We drove along the Nono-Mindo road and stopped at Bellavista Colibries to have a cold drink and bird. It was a partly cloudy morning with temperatures in the low to mid-80's. We wish that we had had more time to look for butterflies.
