After breakfast (0530) at Pico Bonito Lodge on Monday, February 28, 2011, we drove to Campamento Curla to bird. Four points white encompassing the throat, rump and wings help ID this Crested Caracara, a bird we frequently see at home. It was a humid, sunny morning with temperatures in the 80's.
