After an early morning breakfast (0530) at the Pico Bonito Lodge on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, we left on a birding expedition to look for the Keel-billed Motmot on an adjacent property (no success on our second try). Brad took a photo of this Lesser Greenlet with its grey head, whitish-colored eyering, and greenish-olive-colored upperparts as it perched in a nearby tree in the Pico Bonito Forest. It was a very hot and humid morning with temperatures in the 90's.
