After lunch at the Hacienda San Lucas on February 21, 2011, we drove to Las Sepulturas archaeological site to look at the Mayan ruins and do some birding. Brad photographed this male Yellow-throated Euphonia as it perched in a nearby tree. It was a beautiful, partly cloudy afternoon with temperatures in the mid-80's.
