The Blue Tit was one species that we got many good looks at throughout our time in Spain. This photograph shows the Blue Tit just prior to entering its nest which was sited in a hole in a cement block wall. This species will hang upside-down while feeding. We had spent the night at the Miami Mar Hotel, Tarragona, and were heading from the Ebro Delta (Valencia area) to the Steppes. It was a sunny and warm afternoon with temperatures in the high 70's.
