The morning of May 5, 2009, found us birding in a valley near Castillo de Acher, a mountain located in the valley of Echo in the northern part of the province of Huesca near the impressive peak of Bisaurin (2670m), principal summit of this valley. The Goldcrest is a cute little bird that has wide white eye rings. Temperatures were in the upper 60's on this partly cloudy morning.
