We drove up to Vadiello Dam located in the Sierra y Caņones de Guara of northern Spain (Huesca, Aragon, Spain). We spotted the Great Tit perched in a tree adjacent to the parking lot. This species is the largest tit and is easily identified by its yellow underparts with a central black band, its glossy blue-black head and big white cheek patches. Temperatures were in the upper 60's on this sunny afternoon.
