On January 2, 2010, we visited Parque Municipal Summit to see the Harpy Eagle (caged). This bird was not as aggressive as the Harpy Eagle that we saw in the Belize City Zoo (the bird there flew and and grabbed onto the wire cage in front of our group (three times) just like it was going after prey. It's a shame it is so difficult to locate this species in the wild.
