After lunch (more food) and a siesta, our group gathered together late on the afternoon of December 31, 2009, to do some additional birding in Gamboa in the area of the Golf and Spa Hotel. Temperatures were in the 90's on this clear day with high humidity. This is a photograph of a Mangrove Swallow that shows the bird's white supraloral stripe and white underparts.
