This is a photograph of a container ship as it enters the lock. Brad and I enjoyed watching the ships go through the canal, either live on the viewing deck or on TV in the Visitor Center. It was just as interesting as watching boats go through Lock 17, one of the largest lift locks in the U. S., in Little Falls, New York.
