We spent the early evening of Sunday, January 15, 2012, birding along Yapara Creek, a tributary of the Amazon River located below the main confluence of the Ucayali-Marañón Rivers. Brad photographed a Spotted Tody-Flycatcher, Todirostrum maculatum, while we were on route back to our ship, the Aquamarina, and dinner. Temperatures were in the low 80's with blue skies and high humidity.
