The morning of Thursday, January 19, 2012, we birded along Yanallpa Creek, the narrowest and smallest creek that we traversed during our Amazon journey. We were on our way back to our ship, the Aquamarina, to start our return trip of 250 miles back to Iquitos (this time with the current). Our VENT guide, David, took this shot of us. Temperatures were in the mid-80's with clear skies and high humidity.
