This photograph of a flock of Arctic Skuas (Parasitic Jaegers) was taken as we were hiking around the Island of Foula in the Shetland Islands (24 miles west of the Island of West Burra). It was late in the afternoon with partly cloudy to rainy conditions. Temperatures were in the mid-50's.
