I must have been watching some birds....what species they were, I can't remember. We were at the Ring o'Brodgar when Brad snapped this photo of me. The Ring of Brodgar is the finest known truly circular late Neolithic or early Bronze Age stone ring and belongs to a distinct class of monument known as a henge. It is enclosed by a massive ditch and has two entrance causeways. It is located on mainland Orkney. Temperatures were in the mid-60's on this partly cloudy to sunny morning.
