This is a photograph of some of the stained glass windows located over the entrance to St. Magnus Cathedral in Kirkwall. The cathedral is constructed of red sandstone and towers over Kirkwall, a quaint city located on Mainland Orkney. St. Magnus is the most northerly cathedral in the British Isles, and its construction began in 1137. It even has its own dungeon. Temperatures outside were in the mid-60's on this sunny to partly cloudy day.
