Brad and I were birding at Quintana Neotropical Bird Sanctuary (UTC121 on the Texas Birding Trail) during the afternoon of April 12, when we photographed this White-eyed Vireo. Temperatures were in the mid- to upper 70's on this partly cloudy, very windy afternoon.
